“You tell me that I need to stay and face all of my fears until I reach the boundless heights beyond the atmosphere. So while I’m on my way I’ll fight to stay above the waves, and chase these wild, wild rivers through the open grave. Fear will have no say.

ABOUT WILD RIVERS

Wild Rivers is a raw, honest EP about wrestling with life, faith, and finding your way through the chaos. It’s got loud moments, quiet moments, and everything in between—kind of like life. You’ll hear gritty rock vibes, anthemic poppy melodies, some softer stuff, and lyrics that don’t pretend to have all the answers.

Songs like “Diggin’ Graves”, “Wilderness” and “Wild Rivers” hit on struggle and spiritual battles, while “Will You Be Mine Tonight” and “As Long As You’re With Me” lean into love and hope. It’s all about learning to trust God even when things don’t make sense.

We kept the sound big and real— our own version of Midwest Alt-Rock, with a little Switchfoot/NEEDTOBREATHE flavor. At the end of the day, Wild Rivers is a soundtrack for anyone walking through hard stuff but still holding on.

Track List

  • “Diggin’ Graves” hits hard with big guitars and even bigger heart. It’s all about letting go of who we used to be. Putting to death the “old” man. It’s loud, raw, and honest, but still full of hope. Think of it like a soundtrack for new life, even if it means digging a grave for the life we once lived.

  • As the heartbeat of the EP, “Wild Rivers” is an anthem about wrestling with fear, faith and trust. It’s pushed by a beat that keeps moving towards courage and hope. With lyrics showing the height and depth of the christian walk, the track calls us to keep moving through doubt and trust that God carries us, even in the waves.

  • “Wilderness” is a heartfelt journey through seasons of uncertainty and waiting, where trust becomes the lifeline. With a blend of tender melodies and honest lyrics, the song captures the struggle of walking by faith when clarity feels out of reach. It’s a prayerful anthem of perseverance, inviting listeners to cling to divine hope through every valley and shadow.

  • This track takes a turn toward the romantic with a highway heart and a starry-eyed spirit. “Will You Be Mine Tonight” captures the thrill of love—windows down, headlights on, and hearts wide open. It’s a dreamy, feel-good rock love song for anyone chasing a feeling and forever with someone by their side.

  • This high-energy track is the rally cry of the band. A cry of purpose and perseverance, rooted in the confidence that being together makes the fight worth it. The song reminds us that even when the cost is high, trusting God and sticking together makes it all worthwhile. It's bold, energetic, and powered by a combined 250 watts of friendship (and Marshall power)—made to be played loud.

THE MAKING OF WILD RIVERS

The songs on Wild Rivers have been with us for a long time—some since way back in 2019. They came out of late-night jams, day to day moments, and difficult seasons we were walking through. Before they ever made it to a studio, they were lived-in. We played them live for years, letting them grow and shift based on how they felt on stage and how people responded. They basically became our way of processing things out loud—with guitars.

In April 2025, we finally got in the studio at Electrical Audio in Chicago to record them for real. We worked with Greg Norman—super solid dude with crazy good ears—and tracked the whole thing live over three wild days. No fancy tricks, no endless edits. Just us in a room, playing our guts out and trying to capture something real.

This record is about more than just what you’ll end up hearing. It’s about the journey. These songs came from some pretty deep places, and now we’re just hoping they’ll speak to someone else the way they’ve spoken to us. Wild Rivers is really just us doing our best to follow where God leads.
